Buffalo Weaving and Belting MIS

BWBMIS is Application developed for the Buffalo Weaving and Belting (Now Phargo) manufacturing facility. It is a Microsoft Access-based program used to run this rubber and textile manufacturing company. This program handles sales order entry, production control, inventory control, etc. The only part of the company it does not run is accounting. On a monthly basis, reports are generated from this system and fed into the accounting system.

Sales

This is where you add and look up sales orders. Pictured above is a new sales order form. After you have entered orders, you can look them up by customer, retrieve customer information and information on individuals from that company.

Product Information

You track raw materials and finished goods here. Above you see the Finished Goods module where you can search for products and see lists of components that make up those products. The Bill of Materials can then be used to determine the amount of each of the raw materials you will need to order to manufacture the specified quantity of finished goods.

Reports

The system includes numerous reports from sales analyses to raw material needs and inventory levels.
